Package Protection CoverageCustomers who opt to purchase Shipping Package Protection with their orders will be entitled to coverage against loss, theft, or damages during transit. Please note that the Shipping Package Protection coverage applies solely to the items included in the order for which coverage was purchased and does not extend to items from previous or future orders. This protection is available for an additional fee and must be selected at the time of purchase. 2. Claim ProcessIn the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, customers must file a claim via our online portal or by contacting our customer service team directly. Claims must be filed within the timelines listed below. Exclusions&#xA0;Package protection does not cover items excluded under our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:<ul><li>Items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.</li><li>Damage or loss due to acts of nature, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, or severe weather conditions.</li><li>Damage or loss caused by third-party carriers after the package has been delivered to the specified address.</li><li>Damage caused after the package has been delivered to the customer.</li></ul><h3 id="5-claim-limitation"> 5. Claim Limitation</h3>At our discretion, we may limit the number of claims a customer can file under our Shipping Package Protection policy. If we determine that a limit should be applied, we will inform the customer in writing. Once notified, the limitation will be in effect for a period of 365 days, during which no further claims will be accepted. This limitation applies after the current outstanding claim, if any, has been processed.We reserve the right to implement this limitation based on our assessment of each individual case. 6. Excessive Claims and Abuse of CoverageIn cases where a pattern of excessive claims is observed, or if it is determined that there has been an abuse of coverage or fraudulent activity, any open or future claims will be denied. 7. Get peace of mind with Shipping Package Protection, in the event your order is damaged, stolen or lost in transit. &#xA0;When purchased at checkout, Shipping Package Protection covers the cost of items you purchased when a valid claim is filed.Orders that experience one of the following losses are covered by Shipping Package Protection: Stolen packages If your package was marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found, a claim can be filed as soon as 3 days after the date the carrier marked the package as delivered but no later than 20 days. Lost packages If your package remains undelivered and there are no updates to the tracking for more than 14 consecutive days, you can file a claim on the 14th day, but no later than 30 days from the last tracking update. Damaged packages If your package is received damaged upon delivery, a claim can be filed immediately.
