DARC SPORT HAWAII RETURN POLICY
Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns of new, unworn, and unwashed items only
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition with tags attached
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Sale, Discounted, Promotional and Giveaway Items or any items that were "Free with Purchase"
- Items returned more than 7 days after we issue a return label
- Items returned in unacceptable condition upon inspection
Unacceptable Condition:
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
Items returned in a condition unfit for resale due to stains, odors, or signs of use or that have been altered in any way, are considered unacceptable and may be returned to the customer at their expense. Alternatively, in certain cases, such items may be discarded at our discretion.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping and Handling:
For all returns, a $7.95 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Store Credit:
Refunds will be issued as store credit and sent to the email listed on the order.
The amount of store credit issued is the amount paid for each item when the order was placed minus any shipping or insurance fees, which are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, log in to your Darc Sport Hawaii account to view and manage your orders.
Locate the order you wish to send back and click the Return button to access our portal and finalize the process.
If the Return button is not available, your order is no longer eligible for return.
