We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. In the rare event of such occurrences, please adhere to the following resolution policy:

  • Report the damage or defective item within 7 days of delivery of the order
  • Include a photos of any areas you find that are affected. (at least 3 photos are required, close up, full frame and one photo of the size tag and one of the bar code adhered to the item packaging. 
  • Photos of all packing and shipping materials, for items damaged in transit

Once verified, we offer the following resolution options:

  • Refund or Store Credit depending on the issue reported
  • If the item is still available, we may be able to ship a replacement
