Address Changes
We cannot guarantee that any shipping address changes can be made after an order is placed. Please ensure the correct address is provided at checkout.
We recommend reviewing your order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you notice an error, notify us as soon as possible.
To request a shipping address correction, please send us a message with the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Correct shipping address
- Contact information
If your order is processed before corrections can be made, you will need to contact the carrier directly. Please note that not all processed orders will immediately show as "shipped." Our customer service team can inform you of the status of your order when we receive your request.
If we are able to correct the shipping address, we will send you a new order confirmation which will reflect the requested changes.
